Geography of the informational network
How is geography in ScanRealty system organized?
All the data in ScanRealty system (news, property listings, indices, etc.) is based on a single geographical model.
Any location is characterized by three mandatory parameters (geographical elements of three levels):
country,
city or region (this usually includes regions, as well as biggest cities on a country scale),
district or settlement (this includes districts of the biggest cities, small cities, settlements, metro and railway stations, etc.).
Some types of data (for example, property listings) may also have additional address in a free form.
If your export data lacks at least one of the elements, we recommend that you use ScanRealty address completion service in order to fill-in the missing elements.
